Funnily enough, once i realized i was into this sorta thing i started using the words a little bit more. Like when casually talking about crying, where i’d usually say “yeah a customer made me cry” i now say “oh the interaction had me hunched over sobbing”
It’s normal for me to talk about it a lot since everyone knows me for how emotional i get every day
