Men being whipped? (In movies)

Anyone else here into men being whipped, or otherwise tied up while in pain? Talk about hurt/comfort. Not torture porn or super-brutal like in Passion of the Christ or The Proposition or slavery movies, but like in Starship Troopers. My favorite scene in PotC 2 is hands-down when Orlando Bloom's character gets whipped.
As for tied up/in pain,  I really dug the scene in the show 'Damien' episode 9 where he's shirtless and bound with thorns and being all sweaty with a heaving chest. Ahem.

I hear there's a whipping scene in one of the Hunger Games movies, and in a recent episode of Arrow.

To be honest, I prefer emotional hurt/comfort to physical hurt/comfort.  There is a scene in The Pianist where Adrien Brody's character is singled out and whipped by the Nazi overseer.  When that scene comes on I usually have to close my eyes because the Nazi seems so sadistic and Brody's character seems so helpless and weak that it's painful to watch.

There are far more emotional h/c instances that work for me than there are physical, and in that we agree. The Pianist scene is upsetting.

I remember a whipping scene in a book I read as a kid that played a huge role in my sexual awakening, so yeah, it's safe to say I'm into it lol. I used to read it over and over when I had the time. The aforementioned Adrien Brody scene gets me in all the right spots too, which seems to be an unpopular opinion. I'll admit that in context it is kind of depressing.

tbh, in addition to being depressing, part of the reason the Pianist scene is upsetting instead of appealing is that Adrien Brody remains fully dressed. Guess clothed whipping is not my kink.

I am a terrible person, I know.

Re: Men being whipped? (In movies)

Omg. When I was about 13, my history class had to watch some (I assumed boring) civil war movie.

It turned out to be  "Glory",  which includes a scene of Denzel Washington shirtless being whipped  and as he's being whipped he starts crying, the close ups on his face.

Suddenly i had to rent the movie to watch it again and I became briefly obsessed with denzel. And I still didn't know why!

Also,  maybe others can help me out with this:

I have a very early vague memory of seeing part of what I THINK is an elvis movie on tv where he gets whipped. Is there a movie this fits?

Anyway as a very young kid I think I remember getting turned on by it.

Also when I was very young I remember getting turned on (in a kid way) by a scene in a laurel and hardy movie (of all things! :D ) where a woman is about to get whipped and they rip the back of her dress off ) lmao

Hi, Ella. I think I found the scene -- It's from Jailhouse Rock (1957).
