I am so frustrated right now I could spit! According to this article he actually DID do a crying scene in Florence Foster Jenkins - he talks about how hard it was for him to do - and then the director decided instead to use a take where he was merely sad, not actively crying. I WAS THIS CLOSE TO SEEING HUGH GRANT IN TEARS! Somebody better track down that footage and put it up on YouTube pronto!
