On the audio comment of Dawsons Creek the actor who played Jack tells, they took several takes because he was not able to produce tears. It felt wrong for hin to kneel on the floor.

There is the scene from the coming out of Jack. The end scene is cut, there would have been some tears down the face...

Casey Affleck from Manchester by the Sea.
I love the way he just seeks out comfort anywhere he can. I love how she shakes with him, and her expression from confused, to shocked to heartbroken is really lovely. A very subtle display of grief in a movie that could have otherwise been very heavy handed

Late response about the Mads Mikkelsen scene in The Hunt: His character was falsely accused of molesting his best friend's daughter and his life has been destroyed. Incredible performance.
