This clip is from a Taiwanese film called Vive L'Amour.




I'm typically more interested in male crying, but this scene instantly sprang to mind as something that lovers of female crying might like very much.  It has a bit of something for everyone -- visible tears, quivering lip, sobbing, tissues, etc. -- but I think the most distinctive thing is its length: nearly six minutes of uninterrupted crying in close-up.
