I found some videos on the NBC Olympics site; they are probably restricted to the US. (Most of the Olympics content I have found on YouTube was taken down right away.)  

Hopefully some of my fellow US-based male-crying-lovers will enjoy these. (I could post some female videos from this site if anyone is interested.)

It's interesting that you do seem to see a lot more lip-curling -- from both men and women -- in the Olympics than you do in movies or TV shows.  I would guess that the intensity of the experience makes people less self-conscious about their expressions.
