Here is a video I've always been fond of: Steven Spielberg winning the Best Director Oscar in 1994, for Schindler's List. Making that movie was, naturally, an emotional experience for him, and it shows in his speech. There are no visible tears; however, his voice does crack (quite adorably) at about 2:21, and at the end of the speech he gets all choked up and has to be guided from the stage by host Clint Eastwood. (Incidentally, the older woman they show starting to weep at the end is Spielberg's mother.):
