Henry Thomas' Audition Tape for E.T.
Video footage of the successful audition the child actor Henry Thomas did for the role of Eliott in the movie E.T. Remarkable crying on cue for such a young actor! Incidentally, that's Steven Spielberg speaking at the very start of the video (setting the scene), and it's also Spielberg who says at the end, "Okay, kid, you got the job!"

Effortless. This kid's crying was just effortless. 
I always wish he had done more films once he grew up, but he isn't in too many. Still, this role was made for Henry and he breaks our hearts every time.
