This is a sweet comforting scene near the beginning of 1x6. Bonus for those into other kinds of hurt/comfort and vulnerability: he lifts his shirt to give the woman access to his wound (minimally visible, and not actively bleeding).

There is an intense scene in 1x5 in which he is told something upsetting (while tied up shirtless), causing him to cry and scream. His face and chest are covered in blood, so his face is kind of obscured and his tears aren't all that visible, but he makes a lot of anguished sobbing sounds. (I'm not sure I'm allowed to post the link here because of the blood and a couple visible wounds. There are no acts of physical torture either threatened or carried out in the scene, but it's pretty clear that's what's been happening, and I'm not sure where the line is. @TorNorth, care to weigh in?)
