It's also on Amazon Prime video, but listed as 'currently unavailable'. I clipped the scene from the link above. I had to skip much of the flashbacks to keep the clip under 3 minutes.
Thank you for posting about this movie! The scene is gorgeous! Colin Farrell is a treasure of a crier.

Thank you as well for clipping it and skipping the less necessary parts. I also browsed for more videos on youtube last night, hoping i'll find more new crying scenes but i didn't find anything that hasn't been posted here before, mostly notably being the scene from In Bruges and The Phone Booth ( in my opinion).
