I hope this post won't be removed from here (it's not with casualties). This musician listens to a rock band that released a song about a fictional war just a month before the war in Ukraine started. He is impressed with the lyrics and he breaks down all of a sudden, sobbing intensly for 10 minutes straight reflecting on the sad events and feeling guilty and stressed up. The sobs are very audible as there's a microphone in front of him and his voice is also cracking a lot. I don't understand exactly all what he says. Could someone translate this, please?
