He has 2 sobbing or crying scenes in Merlin in episode 13 season 2, one shows the moment his dad is injured and dies (in this one he hides his tears at some point)  at 35:27 and the next one is at 39:43 when he talks with The Dragon who encourages him. And there is one more teary scene at the end of the episode.
