Let's see... here's some things that I found at some searches in these last years:
All is female because I don't I searched for male content, sorry male crying fans 
(falling tears fans will be going CRAZY watching this)
And finally, two accounts on Twitter/X that are focused on crying videos and photos:

douyin is the chinese version of tiktok (can only be accessed in mainland china) and red note can be considered similar to instagram, so they are 100% safe. the only downside would be registering an account, though.
