Sadly I don’t have time to play full video games at the moment. But my stepdaughter is playing Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 right now and my goodness this game is so beautiful. Over the past week I’ve seen her openly weeping several times while doing her best with the battles. The story is so fleshed out that whenever I walk by, I get drawn in to a cutscene or piece of dialogue. I’m so invested in the story. Twice now, I’ve dropped what I was doing to watch a full cutscene and by the end of the scene, I was crying as intensely as she was. This really is something else. 

I can’t wait to have some time to myself to really play games again. The video game medium just gets better and better.
