Was at work today and towards the end of the day my co-teacher asked me why another teacher (in another classroom) was giving her an attitude. She then wrote her a nice note for her to read at her convenience. She tried to give it to her but she refused to take it saying she didn't want anything to do with her. She tried to ask her why. When she came back into our classroom she was crying saying she didn't know what she did to deserve such attitude. I gave her a brief hug and rubbed her back. She then told me I should get going home (as my shift was over) and didn't want the director to get mad I was staying late. So I left.
Lol this is the first time I've read that a superior is gonna get mad if you DO stay overtime.
did you get in any contact with her tears (e.g. did they end up on your hair, face, shoulders...)?
I don't believe I did, unfortunately.
