Another great crying scene is from "Damages", where his son discovers him and the son's fiancee in the throes of an affair. The son falls over a bannister, and Jeremy Irons runs down to him. I can't post the link here because it's definitely NSFW (includes nudity).

However, the picture quality is not good and it's hard to see. Start at 1:28.20, you won't see nudity.
