Article about crying at work

https://www.manrepeller.com/2020/01/crying-at-work-2.html

This article has lots of good perspectives and descriptions about crying in the workplace.

I’ve had good and bad experiences crying in various work situations. Some employers have been tear-friendly and some have definitely NOT been. The only colleagues I’ve seen cry at work have been female. I think the men just hide it better.

What kind of crying experiences have you had at work?

Re: Article about crying at work

I honestly have never cried at work, even though I have to admit crying about a work related issue at home, back then when I had stressful, unhealthy jobs. Now I found my dream job so, I find it quite hard for me to cry in this job.

I am surprised at how many men admit crying at work and, one thing that I didn't understand if It Easy men or women, was how they look for someone to cry to. Even though I have seen a few girls cry un previous jobs, I never saw any looking for someone to cry to.
