I actually recorded myself during these moments, and i will never forgive myself for completely deleting all of my crying videos from ages ago in fear of someone finding them. Some of them were TRULY priceless.

This one is my favorite of them all. I remember i had an overall sad day, nothing too overwhelming so i didn’t really have the need to sob out loud. I just sad on my bed, leaning on the wall, and let tears build up in my eyes. For some reason, they were unusually warm. I was looking down the whole time and i think that kind of pushed the tears to fill my eyes and fall down more quickly. So i was just blankly staring down, no expression, just tears slowly filling my eyes, and then i felt the tear from my right eye slowly slip out and rapidly fall to my chest from the middle of my cheek. I could see on the video that it made a big stain on my light grey tank top. The one from my left eye was the second to go; as i blinked, it fell directly from my eye to my chest, making one big and two smaller stains under it.

My second favorite is a pretty short one, but remarkable because my tears never ever acted like that before. This time i also didn’t have much of an expression, tears were just silently filling my eyes and they fell on my shirt directly from my eyes one after another (thee from the left eye was first to go). The weirdest thing is that i didn’t even tilt my head as some of you named as the reason for tears to fall that way, i was looking straight and they just dripped from my eyes almost at the same time leaving just a tiny little trail on my lower eyelashes.

For some reason, i’m obsessed with seeing one’s tears hit their chest, or whatever surface. When i see someone cry in real life, and if their tears fall down from their face, i will subtly search where it left a stain and get disappointed if i don’t find it. That’s why i never saved the videos of myself where tears just rolled down my cheeks; i prefer them falling from the face, especially when its directly from the eye.
