Andrew Garfield, episode 6 of Under the Banner of Heaven. this is such a well done scene with lots of subtleties. He's one of my favorite criers.

Scott Speedman, in two different scenes concerning the loss of his son in Crimes of the Future. The first at about 07:00, the other at 1:31:00.

Matt Czuchry in The Resident 5x3. He has many scenes with teary moments, culminating in the last scene where he quietly sobs.
Andreas in 1899 1x2. I love how his eyes are just swimming in tears.

Deadwater Fell 1x4. Not David Tennant but still decent.
In The Eternals, Brian Tyree Henry chokes up and sobs in Salma Hayek’s arms. I feel like it’s especially rare to see a Black man crying onscreen, most likely because of racism.
Also in The Eternals, Richard Madden cries several visible tear streams. Two different men openly crying more than like one silent tear in the same film is rare enough, but to see it in the MCU is especially unexpected.

Jon Bernthal in American Gigolo e1, sobbing in the police interrogation room.
Jason Clarke, Aftermath, mourning his little boy (I think).

I saw him sobbing and being comforted in the film about  Elvis. The scene is at about 2:00  in the film. In the next scene after this one he's shown again in a close-up while he is wiping his nose. His teary eyes look amazing ! . And there are 2 more short scenes towards the end of the film in a flashback.

And he has a sobbing scene in the movie as well, after the death of his mother

Apparently Elvis  was  a cry baby himself. There's nothing cooler than seeing him singing a song about crying while crying .
