Tristan's POV:
Seeing how I can't promote Madison, as she's not properly trained yet, and I need to raise someone to the position of Senior Barista anyways, I ask Isabel first if she would be up for the training to become a senior barista with the possibility to grow to shift manager, taking the drastic decision of assuming the role of shift manager, stopping other errands (for example the sustainability coffee program research I was working on). I talk to Enid, feeling the imperious need to become one with her and feel her silky and firm body against mine as I indulge making her sexy thighs and calves jiggle in my hands and against my hips.
Isabel's pov:
Tristan comes to me to ask if I'd be up for the training to become a senior barista with the possibility to grow to shift manager because although Madison was interested in the position she wasn't properly trained yet.
"I'd consider it. I mean the extra money wouldn't hurt." I begin giggling a bit. "As long as it's ok with Enid too." I finish with a bit of hopeful concern.

Enid's POV
One day at work I noticed that Narinda not only had small traces of drying tears on her face, but her French Plait wasn't quite symmetrical.
'Luke wanted to do it for me' she explained happily.
I was wondering if her boyfriend playing with her hair made her cry. I heard Emily and her partner did the same.
Later on in the changing rooms after our shift ended, Isabel once again offered to cry for me
'I know Mirabelle did it for you' she said. 'Why don’t you let me give you your weekly dose'
Her eyes were filled with tears ready to fall. One of them did, glistening down her right cheek. I could have looked away, but I didn't. Three more tears fell and I did confess it was a beautiful sight.
'But I can't let you do it for me again' I told her. 'You are a very beautiful girl and I don't want to be tempted'
Tears streamed down Isabel's face and she nodded in agreement.
'See you next week' she said softly, wiping her tears and leaving the changing rooms
Isabel's pov:
One day after work as Enid and I were in the changing rooms I asked her if I could cry for her as I knew she was missing her weekly dose Mirabelle used to give her.
I let my eyes gradually fill up with tears until one started making its way down my right cheek. I continued until three more tears fell in rapid succession. I noticed Enid couldn't turn away.
Enid gave me a happy yet far away look as she told me that although I look extremely beautiful with tears streaming down my face she was afraid she'd be too tempted to stray away from Tristan if I did it again. That made more tears stream down my face but I vowed to hold to my word.
Enid and I said our goodbyes until next week.
