Plenty of crying from the ladies, from the NoSleep Podcast livestream 'Poltergeist'. Crying from actresses Jessica McEvoy (who does most of the crying), Sarah Thomas, and Erin Lillis. Starts around 18:00 and happens on and off throughout the rest of the episode.

Voice actor Nichole Goodnight is a champion of terrified sobbing, and she does a lot of it in today's NoSleep Podcast livestream! I wish live chat replay were available, because I got to chat with her a bit at the end of the stream. I said she was queen of terrified sobbing, and she said she LOVES doing crying scenes, and that they're so much fun. Ive actually had the pleasure of meeting her a few times on tour. She likes octopi.

Ok, pretty much every single NSP livestream has female crying in it, it seems.

I've also found some crying, in horror comedy Calling Darkness podcast. In episode 9 there's crying around minute 25 from performer Dan Zappulla, along with several female performers (I don't know which ones) who cry up til the end of the episode.
Episode 10 has more crying from the women, around 5:49 and again at 15:00.

Listening to the episode again, I have done it a disservice by not describing it at all. It's not just that he cries. There's a nice buildup to the actual crying, and the whole scene is beautifully intimate and it's described pretty thoroughly. The narrator describes Michael's motions and body language: looking down, fidgeting with rocks, lip trembling, looking away. He describes feeling his tears, how it feels to hold and comfort Michael (it's sweetly, awkwardly, lowkey dacryphiliac), all while he quietly cries.

The whole show is an absolute delight, really. A single self-contained season of lush, moody, musical, sensual, surreal, queer goodness.

Found another one! This one is from Small Town Horror podcast.
3x8 'Getting Over It'. Voice: Atticus Jackson. Scene starts at 9:20. He cries a tiny bit up front, then tells his story, his voice growing more and more unsteady until he breaks at 13:50. He falls apart, just sobbing openly, with no voiceover, music, or other sound effects to distract.

I just relisted to this yesterday, and y'all, it is SO good.

Its a fckin tease in audio stories when the narrator is like 'and then I cried and cried' but doesn't perform the crying bit. I've heard this at least twice, from someone I want to hear cry, and someone who I know is a fantastic crier. I get that the tone of some stories might not lend itself well to somebody actually making crying sounds, like I do understand at some level. But my dacryphiliac side wants to hear the crying, dammit!

On a more satisfying note however, the story 'How Not to Get Rid of a Body' mentioned on page 1 of this thread, contains references to crying in the text, and actor David Ault actually does the crying.

I got another one from Shadows at the Door!
Episode: 2x6, Loose Ground
Timestamp: about 26:00
Voices: David Ault and Jake Benson

In this story, Jake is injured while on the phone with David. Jake becomes more and more distressed, his whimpers turning to crying, and soon David starts crying as well. It's beautiful and sad.
