They are a ton of strange little videos on youtube, 
you find them via the channels Mixer Masala or Bao Rami Status (and others).
they are edited videos, around one minute long, extracted from mostly Asian, Turkish or Indian Films oder TV Series.
A lot of them with the #crying etc....
