Charlie Cox cries in Daredevil: Born Again
Near the end of episode 1 he sobs
Around minute 40 of episode 4 he cries from behind his sunglasses. It's clear he's crying; his face crumples and tears fall from behind the lenses. I might even have spied a tear or two on Jon Bernthal's face in the same scene.

Wyatt Russel has a brief break down scene in Broke at about 1:16:00 and tears up at 1:31:00.
He also breaks down noisily and has a  4-5 minutes longer  conforting scene in Lodge 49 ep 10. Do you know any other crying scenes with him ? He seems so promising.

I haven't found that scene yet but I found one with Andrew Garfield at the end of episode 6 sobbing in his car. The scene starts around 57:06 minutes and it builds quite slowly with him tearing up and trying hard not to cry untill the very last minute when he totally  breaks down.

Bobby Schofield  has a couple of intense crying scenes in Unforgivable when his character is in therapy. At 1:05:00 he starts sobbing very intensely at some point. And then he also sobs at the end of the film.

David Dastmalchian, who is playing half a robot in Murderbot is shown on the verge of crying and tearing up at the beginning of episode 7 and and the end of episode 10. I like the funny thing he does with his eyes while shedding tears.
