Love the new "Broadchurch" scenes.  I can't remember if Tennant cried in season 1.  I feel like he must have, as he seems to cry in everything.    Anyone?

He did cry in Season 1 at least once; I don't have the clip right now, but I may look for it. He broke down after hours at the police station...he kind of collapsed onto the floor against the wall and sobbed. It was excellent. Of course, there were also tons of other emotional scenes, and on the one hand, I loved them, and on the other, I kept wishing he'd go just a bit farther and cry.

I found it: Season 1, episode 6.  At about 33 minutes.  Sadly, it's very brief.

No links anymore because the user removed the serie from youtube. Anyhow in Europe it is on Netflix now but only season 1.
