Waiting for December the 22nd was hard but eventually it arrived and I managed to get safely on my plane which would take me all the way to Caitlin
At the conclusion of my trip to London we would be parted for the final time. Our next meeting would be in Summer when I would move to Oxford to be with her permanently
Her Chancellor of her Oxford college didn't appear to have a romantic bone in his body as he rejected her application to skip classes so she could fly over for Valentine’s Day meaning just this once we would have to do it by Zoom
This decision had hurt us both and tears had been shed both sides but we were so close to the end now, we decided to just leave it
As I sat in my plane seat, tears running down my cheeks as I thought of my beautiful girlfriend, I also remembered my two best friends. I would be splitting from them in the Summer too. I wanted to get them something important to mark our close friendship but hadn't thought of anything yet.
I wiped my tears and chose a film to watch

Since Enid will be taking a day off and it was not scheduled, I ask Isabel if it would be too much to ask if she could come tomorrow (to cover Enid), I would promote her and her signature recipes as well as pay her the day if she accepts.
At night, I go to Enid and ask her what really happened, she usually doesn’t cry in front of a stranger just like that.
