It was finally time for our first excursion which I was grateful for. It was good to get off the boat.
The eight of us walked through the Caribbean town and had a meal at one of the many restaurants we passed and toured the souvenir shops. When we met up with our guide from the boat, he recommended we go up to this viewpoint at the top of the hill. Anna and Camilla opted to go back with the young ones and me, Tristan, Jarrod and William ascended the path to the viewpoint
It was stunning and tears ran down my cheeks as I took it in. But we couldn't spend too long as we had to get back. We made it 15 minutes before departure and we went back to our cabins to get ready for dinner.
While we were walking back to our cabins, Callista and Isolde were in a quiet conversation. Isolde was crying and Callista was comforting her. They looked alike so I guessed they were sisters - albeit with different coloured hair.
Tristan wanted to stay to see some tears but I pulled him away and we returned to our cabin

Next day, the cruiser docks in the first Caribbean island, we have a nice meal and see some shops, taking a small walk to the top of a hill where we have a very beautiful view.
