Re: Movie night

Kate's POV

Carefully placing my candle on it's borrowed saucer, I striked a match and placed the flame onto the wick.

Robyn was in France with Susan, Marie and Beth and they were celebrating All Souls Day, and I was choosing to do the same.

Tears ran down my cheeks as the wick burned and I thought of Romilly. I continued to watch the candle as my tears carried on falling. Her death was still as heart breaking as eighteen months ago.

I wiped my tears and returned to look at my script, preparing for the next day's shoot. There were just a couple of weeks to go before the end of shooting on my latest film.

I had to be honest, I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out. The story didn't seem as compelling as it should and everyone on the shoot was struggling to bring their A game including me. It was hard not to think that this one was going to be a bust.

A knock on the door told me my evening meal had arrived.
