Few weeks ago me and my wife were walking through the park. I heard my wife say, "aww, that girl is cryig". I turned to look, but my wife freaked out and yelled, "don't look!". I basically got a glimpse of a young woman sitting on a bench. I saw a sad face with a tear-filled, reddened eyes. I know my wife was just sparing a woman the indignity of being stared at during her vulnerable moment, but it felt like a cockblock, man. Damnit.

Ah, TorNorth, your "cockblock" comment made me smile, although I'm sorry that it happened. I get it, is all! ;)
While not cockblock exactly, I am going through a feeling of that right now. May share in another post.

I think all of our sort have been in situations where manners and sensitivities have acted as a cockblock. It's sort of inevitable.
