Emotional release
There are different videos on YouTube about emotional release. This one just shows the sobbing, the face of the woman is not visible. I find it quite hard to watch because there is so much pain in her desperate sobs.

That was interesting. I don't really understand how that works, but I love watching the shoulders and back heaving and hearing some nice sobs.

I wish some of them showed even a little bit of the face. Also, practically, I wonder where the tears/snot go. It looks as if there's some sort of bucket beneath her face, but it's hard to tell. It sounds a little uncomfortable to be sobbing face down into the air.
