There is an old serie on Netflix called y gwyll. A police officer investigates different cases and struggles himself with private problems. I am sure there are more crying scenes but I constantly fell asleep... not sure if it was due to lack of sleep or because the film was boring;-)
I therefore mention 3 scenes:
S1E4 at 1h25 DCI Mathias makes a brutal discovery and starts shaking and silently sobbing
S2E1 at 1h24 DCI Mathias tells something from his personal life to an also crying female suspect. He sheds a tear this time and also the suspect has several tears running
down her cheeks and some snot (it is blown away by the strong wind)
S2E2 at 58 DCI Mathias talkes to his estranged wife and they both shed visible tears. The next scene Mathias sobs in his car.
