Since everyone was asleep a few minutes ago I was looking to watch the movie A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood (with my headphones in ) but I couldn't seem to find it. I ended up somehow getting sucked into youtube videos of Mr. Rogers. A few minutes in to the first clip/interview my eyes began to fill up with tears and my chin began to quiver. Since everyone was still asleep I suppressed my sobs to a low sniffle and a shaky breath or two. Before I knew it tears began to stream down my face and I let them fall unchecked. It was the first time in a long time that I was crying out of sheer happiness and it felt amazing. I decided to keep watching clip after clip. Each clip brought me to tears in the exact same way.

Lovely, happy tears. I have seen happy tears from a couple of females close to me, I have never seen sobs in any or them (caused by happy tears), it must have been intense. You mention tears streaming unchecked, how wet did your face end, did the tears flow down the same path or did you feel several streaks left by the tears? Seems that you still hide your tears from your husband, guess he hasn't had the opportunity to wipe your tears.

The tears all flowed down the same path, but still got considerably wet. I didn't want to wake my husband so I tried to keep quiet as he was asleep next to me. He hasn't had the opportunity to wipe my tears yet (which I would love), but I don't think he's the type. He usually just holds me or hugs me or let's me put my head on his shoulder.

Usually it's beautiful music that will bring a tear to my eye. Though I did cause a friend to become choked up by showing her a movie a few weeks ago.

Nice, I guess you needed a more intense movie to make her cry.
