Thank you for input, inmyarmsagain and welcome back on the forum. I browsed for that scene on youtube and i think i found the one you were talking about, it's a close up mostly. He's a gentle, pretty crier .

Grrr. Can't view the "Foyle's War" clip in the U.S.
Just saw Andrew Scott for the first time in "Pride" and thought he was excellent. Want to see more of him.

His voice seems to me an odd pair with the rest of his physicality. And he's got those lovely big brown eyes.
