While Elizabeth Henstridge and Chloe Bennet's respective talents for crying are well-appreciated here, I wanted to give the men on Agents of SHIELD some attention (also because my interest in crying is oriented toward men). 
 
1x6: Fitz (Iain de Caestecker) absolutely losing his shit screaming and crying when his beloved Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) sacrifices herself to save the team. Fitz is the woobie of the team and very tenderhearted, so he's the man with the most entries on this list in its current form, not even including the times he's been tearful but not shedding tears or making crying noises.

1x11, two different clips: Agent Coulson (Clark Gregg) is being held for information. Here, the interrogator plays on his feelings for someone he loves who he can never see again (his captors want him to agree to a memory scan), and while this isn't technically a crying clip, you can see the pain in his face and how much he's trying not to cry. (Coulson is one of my very favorite MCU characters, and I hope at some point he'll eventually cry audible or visible tears. It would hurt so much to see, which of course is like, the whole point of hurt/comfort/whump stuff, and he's come close but hasn't actually done it yet in five seasons!)

Here, he's in the memory bed, reliving a traumatic memory he'd had locked away. He's kind of whimpering and crying in distress and pain, and outright begging for death.

1x17: Tears slide down Fitz's face after the team has been betrayed by one of their own and who Fitz had thought was his friend.

2x22: Another two scenes. Here, Cal (Kyle McLachlan) is forced to kill his beloved wife to save their daughter Daisy/Skye (Chloe Bennet). Afterwards, he cradles her body and quietly sobs.

Here, father and daughter say goodbye, knowing they probably won't ever see each other again. They each get more and more teary, and by the end both are visibly crying.

3x7: Fitz watches goodbye messages made for him by his beloved Simmons when she was trapped on an alien world expecting to die there.

4x21: Fitz has just escaped a place that altered his memories til he was a twisted evil person. He's just regained the memories and values of his normal good self, and he breaks down in sobs of shame and remorse and self-loathing in Simmons' arms, who is openly crying herself.

4x22: Mack (Henry Simmons) and Elena/Yo-Yo (Natalia Cordova-Buckley) cry together as he loses his little girl for the second time.
