These DC/CW Arrowverse shows have a surprising amount of male crying on them (I was particularly impressed with Supergirl in that respect). Today I'm posting about when the men cry on The Flash (2014), and I will be updating this thread as I discover new scenes. Someone here posted several links to several of Barry's scenes, and he does cry or tear up many times during the first season. I'm also quite please to discover that in addition to his crying, he's not even the only man on the show who gets crying scenes.
1x1 Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) crying while talking with his wrongfully imprisoned father
1x9 again with his dad in prison, this time with bonus guilt

1x15 Cisco (Carlos Valdes) comes to a terrible realization
1x16 Cisco crying a little again as his brother is tortured
1x17 Barry tearful with his foster dad Joe (Jesse L Martin, who also cried in Rent)
1x21 Joe crying in horror and general distress when psychically forced to hold a gun on himself
3 scenes containing wet eyes or full tears in 1x23.
1) Barry with his dad in prison again (it's a running theme in s1)
2) Barry contemplating loss of family with his foster dad
3) Barry has to hide and listen to his mother's murder, then gets to spend a few minutes with her as she dies. He cries quite a lot here, all like dripping tears and expressions of love and pain, and some quiet sobbing.
2x1 Joe and Barry discuss Barry's feelings about having been unable to save everyone

I love these two, the one with guilt is the most powerful in terms of crying. Good find !

2x3 Joe has recently learned he has a son he doesn't know
2x9 Barry finds needed catharsis
2x13 Barry gets to speak to an alternate version of his deceased mother
2x15 Barry tells Joe and Iris about a tragedy he'd been involved in
2x20 Barry cries a long tear streak as he prepares to do something extremely dangerous to get his powers back
2x21 (1) Cisco is distraught and puts his face in his hands. Not quite onscreen crying, but close.
2x21 (2) Barry at his mother's grave
2x21 (3) Barry speaking with the image of his long-dead mother, trying to process the grief over her death.
2x23 (1) The beginning is smushed together with the very ending of 2x22. Barry's dad Henry (90s TV Flash) is stabbed to death in front of him. Grant Gustin does a lot of crying as Barry, and most of it is pretty pretty crying, but here he screams and cries and sobs. Guy's got some crying range, and I always appreciate that.
2x23 (2) There's a long tear streak on Barry's face after he tries but can't keep his voice steady enough to speak at Henry's burial.
2x23 (3) Barry encounters his dead father's doppelganger from another world, and has to excuse himself to the hallway to cry, and his adoptive father goes to comfort him.

3x2: Barry confesses something huge to the team, and Cisco has feelings about his dead brother
3x10 Iris and Barry talk about their future, and both cry. I like how he keeps having to wipe his tears. Iris (Candace Patton) outright sobs. I'm in love with her jumpsuit.

3x15 Barry has a vision of Iris' future death. He sobs as he cradles her body.

3x15 at the end, Barry sheds quiet tears after losing his adoptive brother Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) to another dimension
3x18 Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) flatlines and Cisco cries as he and the team attempt to resuscitate his best friend
3x19 Barry speaks with his future self about a future tragedy
3x22 and 23. As 23 is a direct continuation of the scene at the end of 22, I spliced them together. Barry, Joe, and Tracy (Anne Dudek) crying when Iris is stabbed

4x15 Barry has to tell Iris they're all going to die and he can't save them this time
4x19 Two different short scenes I recorded together where Barry cries about losing a friend
4x20 Cisco and his girlfriend Cynthia (Jessica Camacho) have a hard conversation, and his eyes fill with tears
4x20 Cisco and Cynthia say goodbye, and both cry a little, though it's hard to see being rather dark
