I think it's from the last scene of this episode in Friday Night Lights ( namely Episode 5 from season 4) but i'm not sure 100% as there was an interruption in the application and i couldn't see exactly this same take or maybe i've missed it. I know for sure that he sheds one tear in the funeral scene and his eyes are watery too during his speech. I'll try later to research it again .

The one with Adrian Brody seems very promising but why is it so short ? Is it a follow-through after the last scene ?
IIRC the scene started in media res, and it was just kinda truncated. I prefer longer scenes too.
Edit: I went back and watched the scene, and it does begin earlier, but the stuff they talk about is only indirectly related, Here it is from the top of the scene.

There might be a lot of crying in this movie from Tim Sturgess

Oh now that looks cool and yeah, several tearful or downright crying moments in the trailer. I'd want to watch it even without the crying. Also, Jim Sturgess is adorable.

The Irregulars: An unwell Sherlock Holmes makes a guilty, tearful confession.
A sweet m/m crying and comforting scene from Code Black. Mario's father has just died suddenly, he's in the morgue looking at the body, and his friend comes and hugs him and Mario just breaks down in his friend's arms.

Wow, Phoebe! Thank you so very much for posting this last set. I tried to no avail to find the Adam Scott ones - and I never knew about Jake Johnson! Those scenes were exactly what I loved - loud sobbing, visible tears and breath hitches. I never thought I would ever see Adam cry, esp. since he is primarily a comedic actor - same with Jake...so these made me very happy!
I cannot wait until June when Umbrella Academy Season 3 airs! I know for SURE that there will be a lot of male crying in that - probably mostly from Klaus, but I have a feeling the others will as well.

Two quiet scenes from Redeeming Love
Logan Marshall-Green (who had multiple teary moments in The Invitation) by his wife's grave
Tom Lewis, alone in the barn after his wife is attacked
Vincent D'Onofrio in That Championship Season. This is interesting because he breaks down fully in front of his coach, a blond man, Gary Sinise and Tony Shalhoub. The last two have visibly been crying. I get the feeling that other than the coach, Vincent is the last of the men to finally cry. Anyway he cries and the coach comforts him (I love seeing men comforting each other), and then he cries in Tony Shalhoub's arms and is comforted by him too.

A couple moments from DC's Legends of Tomorrow. (This is a delightful show y'all!)
2x14 Nate (Nick Zano) has to see his grandfather sacrifice himself, and is comforted by his girlfriend Amaya (Maisie Richardson-Sellers)
5x8 Nate and Ray (Brandon Routh) almost miss getting to say goodbye before Ray moves away. Both are visibly teary but Ray is my favorite here. He cries visible tears plus he has obviously already been crying--his eyes are red and his face is wet.
