Christopher Marquette - Broken Horses
I've recently watched this film with some nice crying scenes from this actor. He starrs along Vincent D'Onofrio and Anton Yelchin too who also have some teary moments. This scene in particular is very sweet and intense at the same time :

The is a sobbing one at 1:23:00 too. His eyes look amazing in this one
At 36: 00 there'salso another brief scene with him crying and before this one Anton Yelchin is shown with 2 big streaming tears .

This one is one of a hell of a tear fest. He's crying knowing he has hurt his girlfriend and it lasts almost 4 minutes straight with lots of sniffles, tears and flushing.
