Tim Robbins cries after seeing a photo of his dead son in Jacob's Ladder
Ryan Kwanten did a fair amount of crying on True Blood. Here he is in 1x11 discovering his girlfriend is dead after a drug trip. I like how he cries against her face.

Oh wow that was a lovely progression from getting choked up to full-on sobbing.
Edit: the movie appears to be a soapy tv movie called Everything About Her.
