Re: Crying Scenes Directory

Oliver Jackson Cohen has a beautiful tearful scene in Surface, in Episode 8 in the middle of the episode and in Wilderness in episode 3

Ooh always nice to see more scenes from him.

Re: Crying Scenes Directory

How do you guys feel about a new thread called "Crying Scenes Directory II"?

This thread has gotten 100+ pages.

Re: Crying Scenes Directory

William Fichtner sheds some silent tears on the phone in Prison Break 2x22, scene at 36:20. I haven't been able to find much in the way of tears from him so this little scene is a bit of a find.

In episode 2x17 there's tears and sobbing in closeup from Rockmond Dunbar. Scene starts at about 39:00. Robert Knepper sobs in his car, scene starting around 35:00. Two scenes in one episode!

Re: Crying Scenes Directory

Seems reasonable to start a new one when we hit 100 pages or so.

Re: Crying Scenes Directory

Hey TorNorth and Phoebe... I agree that we should start a new directory, as a Volume II. However, since we are already past 100 pages, what number should begin a new one (125 or 150)??  All I know is that whatever number we decide as a group, whomever has that comment/video with that last number should be the one to "close" this volume, and begin the new one.

What do you think? What number should start the new volume? I think that notification/post should read something like, "Crying Scenes Directory, Volume I Topic now closed. Volume II of CSD topic has begun on ---Date---?" I'm just throwing a few ideas out there...it is getting very difficult to search and scan in this one, so it'd be nice to start fresh. Hope everyone is doing well. Talk soon!

Re: Crying Scenes Directory

I say let's go to 110, then start the new one.

Re: Crying Scenes Directory

As the original creator of this thread, who never dreamt in a million years there was enough crying scenes in movies and TV to fill 100+ pages, I heartily endorse starting a new 'volume' for the directory

Just as long as this one is still pinned so it can be easily found

Don’t worry about it, I’ll make sure the topic stays pinned.
