Omg, I had totally forgotten about that Nick Nolte scene too... it actually used to be posted as a full scene on the old forum! It really is a perfect scene to me as well. I love how she touches his arm and says she can feel his pain and it immediately causes him to squirm and sigh helplessly... she totally knows how to push his pain buttons... it's so hot to watch him resist at first and then completely collapse into tears. And the cuddling and soothing part is soooo sexy. Thanks so much for posting this.

He he... I often think I should go back to school...I am an engineer, working as a consultant in the buildingindustry. Not many tears there I can tell you...(actually some...I will make an observation post about that some other time) Why the hell didn't I become a shrink!?!
Yes, it is a perfect scene. I love the way he sobs in her arms. Even though he hides his face, the sound of it still makes me want to fall of my chair

LOVE that Brothers and Sisters scene <3. I was such a fan of that show before it got terrible... the scenes with Kevin and Tommy crying (and Robert's breakdown, though for some reason that one also makes me uncomfortable) are some of my favorites as well.
Also adore the Tom Hardy bit. I remember - I loved him so much after Inception, and finding that was just this amazing surprise.
Bleh, I had posted so many clips on the other forum, but I don't remember what all of them were! .
Anyway, this clip is my all-time favorite, and I know for a fact I never posted it on the other forum because, for some reason, I could never find it.
Dead Poets Society (HUGE SPOILERS, for the movie. Also, throwing up. But I'm the most emetephobic person ever and I could take it, so I wouldn't worry. It's not really shown, and there's basically no gagging sound.. ): I just love the way all the other guys hold him.

Here's another I nearly forgot about. It's really frustrating that her lips are off screen most of the time, but around 2:49 - damn, great bottom lip bulge!

This is a scene from "Five easy pieces" (1970), where Jack Nicholson talkes to his father. Jack is such an amazing
actor, and I find this crying scene so realistic and well played that it brings tears to my eyes.
