Re: Actors you want to see cry, round 2

There may be a better thread for it than this, but does anyone have any suggestions for me for a TV series I can start that will be continually satisfying, male crying wise? I have Hulu, Disney plus and Netflix. (Already been through breaking bad)

Hulu: Lost, This is Us, 9 Perfect Strangers, Normal People, AHS, The Exorcist, Love Me, Under the Banner of Heaven

Showtime: Your Honor

Max: Succession, This Much I Know is True, Barry

Netflix: One Day, Breaking Bad (I know you already mentioned it, but still) Midnight Mass (to some degree- lots of teariness, not always a bunch of like, full on crying.) Outer Banks

VOD: Southland

Prime: Animal Kingdom, The Leftovers, Expats

Enjoy

What am I if not a woman who likes hot men who cry a lot

Netflix: the one and only Supernatural which had pretty consistent male tears in every season

I've been watching the Netflix show Dead to Me and if you are into female crying, the 2 leads cry in more episodes than not

Re: Actors you want to see cry, round 2

Just discovered Emily Carey and Olivia Cooke in House of the Dragon. Can't seem to find any crying scenes though. Olivia has at least one scene that I've found with a tear welling in her eyes but nothing beyond that.

Emily does have a sobbing scene buy again I want tears!

She is also in Geek Girl so I might check that out too

I think Cillian Murphy will cry a lot in this one an I hope there will be at least 2 major sobbing scenes. What do you think ? There are quite a lot of tense moments in the trailer and at 1:46 he's already shown with a tear streaming down his cheek. https://www.metacritic.com/movie/small-things-like-these/

Psychic–girl, he’s such a lovely crier. He can cry pretty with the single man tears and he can cry ugly with his voice all cracking and stuff.

Very well said. I just can't wait to see a bit more of that versatility which was scarcely shown in Peaky Blinders and in  other movies. It was as if he really wanted to let  himself go all the way but the directors just cut the rawest parts or tried at best, to cover his eyes or veil his crying to some extent. I mean in The Party we see the tears but the image is black and white, in Peaky Blinders some of the most dramatic crying parts are filmed from afar or cut too short and in Aloft he just covers his face  I hope this film goes all the way with that. I heard it's going to be released on the 8th November in  the U.S.Are you going to see it in cinemas or wait for it to appear online ?I read on IMBD a review in which someone hinted at his expressive, unique  way of expressing sorrow  and I thought about him breaking down.

I’m waiting until I can stream it.
