Had another obs earlier today - 0 obs for a few years and now two within a month!

This young lady was with a group being addressed by this older guy - I'm not sure what it was about, and she seemed to be dabbing at her eyes. I got curious and moved to a slightly different angle (I kind of had to because I had to walk past them, not just to get a glance at the woman), and surprise, surprise, her eyes were visibly filled with tears and there was a tear on her right cheek. I didn't quite get to see the eyes overflow and the tears trickle down, but it was still a decent obs. I couldn't stand and keep staring, that would have been weird, so, I just kept moving, but still some nice tears.
