I think your morals are greater than mine. My desire to make a person I want to see cry in tears would overcome any guilt that I felt knowning that ultimately I caused it.
Although the person would obviously have no idea it was me that was responsible for the unexpected tears.

To be clear however, I would ensure there was no lasting damage - they would feel no after effects physically or mentally.

Mine would be the ability to break emotional defenses.not to make someone cry by hurting them but to force sometimes repress emotions to the surface so they could cry them out one and for all.
