Another one of my wife

Reason for Crying: Thinking about her grandfather's illness

Crying Intensity: Tears down face

Reation to Tears: Face buried in pillow at first, later wiping a lot with tissues. But there was a lot of tears, I could feel them in the darkness.

Lip curled?: Mild. Once again, felt them in the darkness. My wife almost never allows her crying face to be visible to me, or anyone I know.

Re: Crying Diary

Yellowrose: I understand your reason for crying! It is getting better, promise! Just learn from it and change all the bad things into something positive (maybe not all :-)) and the next time you get a benefit from it. In your job you need some boundary between the hospital and your private life, otherwise you won't survive. Workcolleagues  can be cruel and also the job itself needs some "elephant skin". Feel with it (empathy) but don' suffer from it.

Re: Crying Diary

Date: 3/20/14

Time: didn't check

Duration: 15 mins

Reason for Crying: one of those life sucks moments. If it sucked any worse it would turn inside out with the effort.

Location: Home

Crying Intensity: Tears down face, nose, dripping on my clothes and everywhere else. I seem to be a very leaky critter. Some loud sobbing.

Reation to Tears: had a little tantrum. Pounded my thigh, stomped my feet, then just sat in my office chair, swiveling and crying. My daughter's bus came. I wiped my face with a baby wipe to get all the mascara of everything.ew. got her if the bus, gave her a snack, went back to my room and picked up where I left off.

Lip curled?: at some point I think I had a nice curl going.

Re: Crying Diary

And today again,I won't rewrite because it was very similar to l the last episode.it was sparked by realizing that I losta hundred dollar Amazon card I had been counting on to purchase work supplies.this came on top of a pile of other things and I just had it. Say in the the same swivel chair, spinning/sobbing for a good twenty minutes.

Re: Crying Diary

Raindance, I've a fair idea of what you're feeling and going through.   I was fairly close to all four of my grandparents.  Trust me, it will get better.  Just takes time.  The Lord be with you and your family. Good hard hugs.

Reason for Crying: Big row with me that hasn't yet been settled
