This is the serbian/american move called "better then escape". In 1 hour and 22 min. into the movie main actor is crying in the jail, when his wife tells him she's leaving him, and taking their son with her. Zarko said in his autobiography that they were repeting this scene many times, and he was crying in betwen takes, the whole time. So, i think that it is the real emotion there.

Thanks for posting. It is interesting how he covers his nose (guess it is the nose he wants to cover) because of the snot coming out.
