Michael Crawford sings "Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again"
From The Phantom of the Opera, Michael Crawford (the original Phantom) sings Christine's famous song. There's no video, but the "tears and sobs" are clearly audible in Crawford's voice:

Also here (sorry, no video for this one either.) It's extremely clear, especially the catch of breath at the very end.

I can definitely hear the tears in his voice. He's always been a favorite, ever since I saw the Tony awards where he won for Phantom.
As seen here, sorry about the lousy video quality.
According to his autobiography "Parcel Arrived Safely, Tied with String", right after this he went into the men's room and wept uncontrollably because he was so relieved and thankful that he won.
