The ethical-dilemma reality show "What Would You Do?" once featured a scenario in which customers in a coffee shop thought an actress was a young mom having severe post-partum depression.  One of the customers sympathizing with the "mom" was a handsome young guy who got rather emotional over the situation; when host John Quinones approached the guy at the end of the scenario, he remarked, "Your eyes are teared up."  See for yourself at 8:54 (though you might want to start the video a minute or two before that):
