Watched the women's hockey final a few hours ago (ned vs gbr). Lots of crying on both sides. Lip curls were difficult to find but I've caught a few good glimpses. Same goes for visible tears. I don't know most of the names but I'm bound to find the photos soon. Kate Richardson-Walsh did a lot of crying as I was hoping she would, but unfortunately the camera only showed her face up close when she had her face concealed or was crying softly. I know she's a lip curler, and I caught several hints of it here. Hopefully I'll find some good photos.
Also watched Chloe Esposito do a brief lip curl with visible tears. I'll check out those photos as well.

Gwen Jorgensen (USA): Lip curled. I was fortunate enough to watch her cry live on TV. I rarely got to see the best crying bits on the video format.
Chen Long (Male, china): Weeping hysterically, lip curled, tearful on the podium
Hyun Jin Kin (Male, S Korea): Tearful, expressive face
Seavmey Sorn (Cambodia): Lip curled
Carolina Marin (Spain): Tearful, expressive face, wiping eyes
eliza mccartney (New Zealand): Sobbing, tears running on face
Willemijn Bos (Netherlands): Sobbing, lip curled. I saw her lip curl live on TV. I can only find a tearful picture online, though.
Samantha Quek (GBR): Wiping tears at the podium. Once again, nothing online.
Rei Higuchi (male, Japan): Wiping tears
Caroline Buchannan (Australia): Tearful, tears in eyes, wiping eyes with tissue
Maria Guadalupe Gonzalez (Mexico): Crying hard, lip curled
Mariana Pajon (Colombia): Wiping eyes, tear running down face
