I have recently found a couple of clips that I love that I think keeps to a theme: These guys are almost surprised by the power of their tears and that they can't control them.
See Eddie Redmayne in Birdsong (damn is he an amazing crier)
He starts to get teary around 1:05
and also at 30:00 (though warning that scene contains some female nudity)
Jay from Chicago PD
starts at 40:00
Kevin from the Leftovers
Also some other videos that don't fit the theme but were fun
Hank Voight on Chicago PD (mark this down, this will be a one time deal)
Simon Baker in Love From Ground Zero- doesn't actually cry but you can hear the emotion in his voice toward the end
The night shift toward the end but you get the whole story if you watch the whole clip
Stefan from the Vampire Diaries
Damon from the Vampire Diaries
Matt from the Vampire Diaries
this actually hurts to listen to
David from Coronation Street
Anderson Cooper after the Orlando Night Club Shooting
Skins

Have you ever seen the movie version of Les Miserables? Eddie Redmayne as Marius sheds tears during the song "Empty Chairs at Empty Tables," which makes it all the more moving.

I actually watch that song regularly. His voice is incredible and the crying adds an extra something. He really is beautiful

Not to mention they were actually recording him singing while that filming was going on. VERY impressive!

Simon Baker needs to cry more often! That almost-crying clip is lovely. You can see the tears gathering in his eyes, even if the scene cuts before he lets them out.

I couldn't agree more with that statement! I LOVE Simon Baker and need him to have lots more crying scenes. He is a beautiful man.
