I've watched this, and other videos where Hoffman cries, many times. It's a beautiful thing that he's so unashamed to cry before others.

Wow. That was beautiful. I choked up myself watching it. What an insightful epiphany for a man to have. Although it could work both ways: How many interesting men are overlooked because they don't meet typical male beauty standards?

Yes -- and, ironically, I'd tend to think that Dustin must have had some self-consciousness about his own looks. Personally, though, I've always found him rather cute.
