Very nice indeed !! His voice is amazing while he's struggling with emotions. He even spits some tears all along ).

"Ozark" brought Tom Pelphrey back for a flashback and more tears!  (Episode 10.4)
He seems to be a really effortless crier.  So natural.

Here he is in American Murderer. His character is faking based on his behavior at the end, but the breakdown into sobs is hella convincing.
